First of all, the lots(parcels) on the land in the south-north direction are going to be placed on the intercardinal ways (such as southeast, southwest) and the residences are to be placed in the best climatic positions to avoid the ways of sun light coming that can be disturbing. This at the same time will create the opportunity for natural acclimatization which will obviously create great energy savings when thought about the climate in the area.

In the general plan which almost 1465 units of residences are placed, arrangement and conversion of the valley, which goes through the land, to open-space area and shared use area has been the main factor in the shaping of the project.

The roads that come up from both sides of the land and go north has been utilized in the maximum way and all entrances to all the sites has been given on them.
